The fix: Blackout sleep masks can be a game changer, helping mimic the dark, which encourages your body to produce melatonin, the sleep hormone.

Recipe Of The Week: Cooling Summer Drink - Blended Watermelon

Ingredients:
4 cups watermelon chunks (seedless)
1 cup ice cubes
1 tablespoon lime juice
1 tablespoon honey (optional)
Fresh mint leaves for garnish
Instructions:
Place the watermelon chunks in a blender.
Add ice cubes and lime juice.
Blend until smooth.
Taste and add honey if desired, then blend again.
Pour into glasses and garnish with fresh mint leaves.
Enjoy your refreshing Blended Watermelon drink!
