Let’s get into why starting your skincare routine in your 20s can change the game.

Prevention is your best friend

Here’s the deal: The damage your skin undergoes in your 20s might not show up for decades. 

By then, reversing that damage is much harder. That’s why I’m all about that prevention life. 

Creating a skincare routine now that includes thorough cleansing and serious sun protection is like making a great investment in your future face.

  1. Commit to cleansing: Make sure you're not just rubbing a wipe across your face and calling it a day. Double cleansing removes makeup, dirt, and impurities that can make you age before your prime.

  2. Sun protection is non-negotiable: I can't stress this enough - sun damage is the number one fast-track to premature ageing. Use a broad-spectrum SPF every day, rain or shine, winter or summer.

  3. Nurture while you sleep: Hydrate religiously!

  4. Regular treatments: Treat your skin to regular professional care like facials and peels. We offer treatments tailored for every skin type to ensure your skin gets the best support possible.

Recipe Of The Week: The Youthful Glow Juice

Ingredients:

  • 2 large handfuls of spinach

  • 1 small cucumber

  • 2 large carrots

  • 1 apple, cored

  • 1-inch piece of ginger

  • Juice of 1/2 a lemon

Instructions:

  1. Wash all the vegetables and apple thoroughly.

  2. Juice the spinach, cucumber, carrots, and apple together in a juicer.

  3. Stir in the ginger and lemon juice.

  4. Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately to maximise the benefits for your skin.

This juice complements your daily hydration needs and is packed with vitamins and antioxidants that help maintain youthful skin.
