Your mornings are incredibly rushed, leaving you feeling as if you're the only one in this chaos.
Well, what if I told you that you're not alone?
A study showed that 89% of us wish we had more time in the morning.
That's huuuge!
89% of us want to start our day feeling calm and ready to take on whatever the day might throw at us.
So, what can we do about it?

Healthy Recipe: Overnight Oats

Here’s a simple and nutritious overnight oats recipe that you can easily customise according to your taste. It's perfect for a grab-and-go breakfast that will keep you energised throughout the morning.
Recipe:
1/2 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup milk (any kind - dairy or plant-based)
1/2 cup Greek yoghurt (or alternative yoghurt to suit dietary needs)
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (adjust sweetness to taste)
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Optional Toppings:
Fresh fruits (banana, berries, apple slices)
Nuts and seeds (almond slices, sunflower seeds)
Nut butter (peanut, almond)
Coconut flakes
Spices (cinnamon, nutmeg)
Instructions:
Mix base ingredients:
In a mason jar or a bowl, combine rolled oats, milk, Greek yoghurt, chia seeds, honey/maple syrup and vanilla extract. Stir well to ensure everything is fully mixed.
Add flavours and toppings:
Add your favourite fruits, nuts, or spices on top to mix in the morning or layer them in the night before for flavours to meld.
Seal and chill:
Cover the jar or bowl with a lid or plastic wrap. Place in the fridge overnight, or for at least 6 hours. This allows the oats to absorb the liquid and soften, making them creamy and delicious.
Stir and enjoy:
In the morning, give the oats a good stir. If they're thicker than you like, you can add a little more milk to adjust the consistency.
Serve:
Enjoy cold right out of the fridge, or warm them up for a cosy breakfast. Top with additional fresh fruits, a sprinkle of cinnamon, or a dollop of nut butter before serving.
