Healthy Breakfast: Greek Yoghurt Parfait With Mixed Berries & Granola

This parfait combines protein rich Greek yoghurt with the antioxidant benefits of berries and the crunch of granola.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Greek yoghurt (plain or vanilla)

  • 1/2 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries and raspberries)

  • 1/4 cup granola

  • A drizzle of honey or a sprinkle of cinnamon (optional)

Instructions:

  1. In a serving bowl or glass, layer half of the Greek yoghurt at the bottom.

  2. Add a layer of mixed berries over the yoghurt.

  3. Sprinkle half of the granola over the berries.

  4. Repeat the layers with the remaining yoghurt, berries, and granola.

  5. Top with a drizzle of honey or a sprinkle of cinnamon for extra flavour if desired.

  6. Serve immediately, or cover and refrigerate overnight for an even quicker breakfast.
